Translation
Translation of texts from English and German into Spanish and Catalan (or vice versa) in different fields of expertise.
Post-editing
Revision of texts translated by a neural machine translation engine or technology in order to reach a quality standard as similar as possible to the quality achieved with a human translation.
Proofreading
Reviewing and refining texts by comparing the original document to its translated version. At any point of the completion process, either in more depth (grammar, style, spelling check after the translation step) or in the final steps (quality control after conversion to its final format).
Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA)
Revising final implemented texts to ensure they are error-free and have an optimum level of quality and appropriateness for the end client.
Localization
Translation and adaptation of content written in English into Spanish (Spain) or Catalan in order to integrate the cultural elements of the target audience.
Glossary creation
Reviewing the most frequently used terms by the client or company in order to create a multilingual glossary that can be useful for maintaining terminological consistency throughout different projects.
